Most authentic tasting Italian food I’ve had in a while. Which goes the same for the atmosphere, you feel like you’re sitting in your nonna’s kitchen watching her cook delicious, fresh food for you. It’s a small place to totaling only 5 tables. So it’s a comfortable, homey atmosphere. So glad we stopped by here as we’ll be coming again before we leave the island. The owners are so so nice as well which makes you want to return.

We discovered the restaurant by chance on Google Maps so we decided to try it out. Since I'm half Italian, I'm always very skeptical about Italian restaurants outside of Italy. We had Pasta alla Norma and Pasta Carbonara, served with a salad. And Tiramisu for dessert. It was really delicious! We didn't expect to find such a good Italian restaurant on a Mexican island. Matteo, the owner, is originally from Italy. He's running the restaurant together with his Mexican wife. They're very kind, we had a lovely chat with them. So we definitely recommend eating here :) Grazie mille!

Did a day trip to Cozumel from playa del Carmen. Was looking for some different food options. Only about 4 or 5 tables in the restaurant. But I loved the open kitchen concept. And One the best lasagnas I’ve ever had. It was super light and fluffy. Most lasagnas are super dense and heavy imo. My wife had the carbonara and she really liked it. Both entrees came with a soup or salad. Minestrone soup and salad was also fire. Side note The bathroom was also super clean too

I wanted something other than Mexican food and this looked good the many times I walked by, was close to my hotel, and had amazing reviews so I thought I would check it out. I’m really glad I did! I came around 5:30pm to avoid any potential later crowds since I had read online there were no reservations. I came alone on a Thursday night (1/9/2025) and a group was leaving and one other guest was finishing up. So for a whole hour I got a private dining experience and conversation with the owners. The chef is Mexican and met her Italian husband while doing her culinary studies in Italy. I ordered the special of Risotto with Osso Bucco (it changes daily) and it was delicious. Personally I order risotto anytime I see it on a menu so naturally when I heard it was the special I had to try it. It’s slightly more expensive than their typical menu items, but I felt it was worth the price (15.89 USD or 330 pesos including 10% tip). Every entree comes with a choice of soup or salad and bread. I got the soup (which I believe is minestrone every day). They’re open Monday-Friday 3:00-8:30pm and don’t take reservations so keep that in mind when making future plans. They have 5 tables or seating for 12-14 guests in case you have a big group or are wondering how many they could seat at a time. I see now why everyone speaks highly of this place and I highly recommend if you’re visiting Cozumel on a weeknight. Enjoy!

Is it really possible to get authentic tasting Italian food in Cozumel? Yes it is! We ate here last night and from the moment we walked in one of our senses told us we were in Italy. While it is a very small restaurant with only five tables, it is well worth the wait to get in. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely delicious and the price was more than reasonable. The only drawback was they don’t serve alcohol, but they are working on their license. Some wine would’ve made it absolutely perfection.

I went to eat with my daughter. We saw it on Google Maps. We wanted a nice, homey place. And that's exactly what we got. The food is so delicious and fresh. The chef makes everything on the spot. We ordered pasta with tomatoes and eggplant and porcini pasta, we also got a fresh salad, excellent soup and garlic bread. For dessert we had tiramisu. The owners are lovely people. If you're in a hurry, don't come, when they make it on the spot it takes a while. But it's worth it. A highly recommended experience.

Always delicious, and tonight was no exception. Tonight's specisl was like a long ravioli stuffed with beef and devine broth. Such an elegant dinner. The carbonara is my go-to. I have it at least once a week. Better than I had in Rome. Chef Lydia has the perfect touch with all of the dishes! Bravo!
